The Author

Anjum Anand grew up in London and Switzerland, regularly visits family in Delhi and Calcutta.  She has worked in the trend-setting Café Spice in New York and for Tommy Tang and the Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles. She has appeared on the BBC’s Good Food Live Show and is now working with Birds Eye as their Consultant Chef to help develop an exciting, healthy range of Indian ready meals.
