Pritchitts launches Regional Recipes Competition in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs to win dinner for two in the Dorchester’s Krug Room!
Pritchitts, one of Europe’s leading dairy manufacturers, and a Patron of the Craft Guild of Chefs, has just launched its Regional Recipes competition, calling for chefs the length and breadth of the country to submit their finest regional recipes.
Up for grabs is a spectacular prize; the Regional Recipe Champion (chosen from 12 regional winners) will enjoy dinner for two in the Dorchester’s exclusive Krug Room, personally prepared by the Dorchester’s Executive Chef, Henry Brosi, who will be on hand to discuss the philosophy and preparation of the meal – a truly once in a lifetime experience! Located in the hotel’s master kitchens, it is the original ‘chef’s table’, first opened in the 1940’s.
Plus, each of the 12 regional winners will win a year’s membership of the Craft Guild of Chefs, a Global chef’s knife worth £120 and their recipe featured in the Pritchitts Craft Guild of Chefs 2011 calendar.
To enter, simply submit your very best regional recipe, using any of Pritchitts products, online at www.regional-recipes.co.uk no later than 31st July 2010.
